Greater Lawrence H.S. (MA)
Parking Lot & Road Ways 

Nesra Engineering has established a strong
partnership with Greater Lawrence Technical High School, collaborating on numerous projects over the past few years. Once again, Nesra Engineering, LLC is thrilled to join forces with the school on a multiphase endeavor that entails the comprehensive
renovation of the institution's entire asphalt roadways and parking lot. Additionally, in line with emerging trends and the growing demand for electric vehicles, the project will feature the incorporation of electric charging stations within the parking lot. This  forward thinking addition supports the adoption of clean energy transportation and showcases the School's commitment to being more environmentally conscious.

Girl's Creek Residence (MA)
Land Restoration & Residential Development

Nesra Engineering was proud to partner with Alexander Gray Development, LLC on a 28-acre project in Fairhaven, MA. Nesra led the site design and permitting process, working closely with MEPA, MassDEP, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to secure approval for an 8-lot subdivision that balances development goals with environmental preservation. The project included wetland restoration and the donation of over 20 acres of land to the Town, supporting long-term open space conservation.

Colonel John Robinson School (MA)
Tennis Courts & Parking Lot Design

Nesra Engineering, LLC provided design, permitting, bid assistance, and construction administration services for the Colonel John Robinson Elementary School project in Westford, MA. Currently under construction, Phase I includes a new parking lot with ADA-accessible features, a redesigned bus drop-off area, and five upgraded tennis courts for school and community use. Phase II adds an inclusive ADA/AAB-accessible playground with PIP surfacing. The project also features walkways, ramps, fencing, and landscaping, all designed with sensitivity to nearby wetlands and a vernal pool, in coordination with the Town’s Conservation Commission.

Burlington High School (MA)
Elevator and Vestibule Renovation

The site design for Burlington High School's Elevator and Vestibule renovation project included ADA accessible routes with concrete steps, walkways, drainage, and landscaping improvements. Nesra also completed the site surveys for the entire project, which included the elevator and vestibule locations as well as the elevations for all areas. The project was completed in 2015.  

Winchester Soccer Club (MA)
Building & Parking Lot

Nesra Engineering, LLC is providing Owner’s Project Management Services for Winchester Soccer Club’s 10.5 million dollar project. Services include value engineering, survey, design, permitting, assistance, and construction administration. Phase II of the project consists of a 90,000 square foot indoor athletic soccer stadium. The facility has overhanging mezzanines for spectator viewing, cross fit exercise areas, locker rooms, showers, administrative offices, kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and more. The parking lot has been completed as part of phase II. The design includes a bituminous concrete parking lot with improved drainage structures, emergency access ways, utilities, seat walls and plantings.

Houde Street (MA)
Residential Development

Nesra Engineering provided the survey and permitting for this residential development in Westwood Estates in North Attleboro. The project was completed in 2014.
 

Burlington High School (MA)
Pedestrian Walkway

Nesra completed the survey, design, and permitting for a pedestrian walkway and lighting project. The walkway connects the school, athletic facility, and parking area.  Challenges overcome included the walkway’s close proximity to wetlands on both sides and a short project deadline. The project was completed in 2015.

Day Park (MA)
Parking Lot Improvements

Nesra Engineering, LLC was selected to provided major improvements to Staff Sergeant Herman A. Day Park. Nesra provided the survey, planning, design, and construction administration services on this project for new parking lot with a bio-retention area, community gardens, formalized entrance ways, and ADA accessible sidewalks.

Glendale Park (MA)
Concession Building, Walkways, & Drainage Improvements

This project was completed as a public bid project in 2012. The Glendale Park design included ADA accessible perimeter walking paths and lighting improvements, new concessions, restroom, and storage building, as well as overall improved drainage and irrigation system within the park. Nesra completed all the utility designs including relocation and upgrades of sewer and water lines. 

Sacramone Park (MA)
Restrooms, Concessions, & Storage Building Upgrades

Nesra Engineering, LLC provided survey, design, bid assistance, and construction admin services on this project for new restrooms, concessions and storage building, perimeter walkways, multiple ADA accessible ramps, ornamental fencing, streetscapes, and landscape improvements. The park is equipped with wifi security cameras with live feeds to the police station, perimeter pedestrian lighting as well as landscaping and signage lighting. Nesra prepared a taking plan for the City of Everett to acquire the property through eminent domain, and designed all the utilities.  The project was completed in 2019.

New England Dragway (NH)
Site Improvements

Nesra Engineering provided the survey, stake-out, and lighting design for New England Dragway in New Hampshire. The project was completed in 2013.
